Ioana’s current main practice area is Dispute Resolution, with a particular focus on civil, commercial and administrative litigations. She successfully represents both Romanian and foreign clients in judicial and administrative proceedings. Her expertise also includes providing assistance on contracts, employment and personal data protection matters across various industries.
Being the youngest lawyer in our team, she brings creative and topical solutions to our clients' everyday problems, backed up by a comprehensive analysis of their profile and applicable legal framework.
The experience in academic debates and the participation in mock trial competitions, as a student, contributed to her training as a litigator.
The workshops and courses in respect to the arbitration and competition fields helped her broaden her approach on foreign businesses.
Ioana gained a better understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals, participating in an international programme, supported by a prestigious university in UK, and is eager to learn more and support the implementation of the UN’s 2030 Agenda.
Ioana is interested in private and public international law matters – the principles and tools that they provide.
She believes that an impeccable work ethic and the identification of the clients’ real needs, combined with the in-depth study of the legal provisions form the perfect setup for outlining the best strategies.
