of cadastre, real estate advertising, geodesy and cartography.<\/p><p>The main objective of ANCPI is the registration of all buildings in Romania in the integrated cadastre and land register Procurement (<strong><strong style=\"color: #1cbbb4\">ANAP<\/strong><\/strong>) is a public institution, subordinate to the General Secretariat of the Government and led by a president with the rank of secretary of state, appointed by the Prime Minister of Romania.<\/p><p>ANAP's mission is to ensure the legality, transparency and efficiency of public procurement in Romania.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9f9d7c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b9f9d7c\" effective monitoring mechanism of the public procurement market that will meet the reporting requirements imposed by the enabling condition for the 2021-2027 programming period;<\/li>\n \t<li>Organization and implementation of training programs within the SIPOCA 625 project, with the aim of meeting the training needs of all personnel involved in public procurement;<\/li>\n \t<li>Signing agreements with international financial institutions in order to implement the measures included in the National Recovery and Resilience Program;<\/li>\n \t<li>Organization and implementation of training programs (within the PNRR: Component 14 \u2013 Good Governance, Reform 8 \u2013 Reform of the National Public Procurement System Target 436), with the aim of meeting the training needs of all personnel involved in the field of public procurement;<\/li>\n \t<li>The establishment and operationalization of centralized procurement units (UCA) at the local level (within the PNRR: Component 14 \u2013 Good Governance, Reform 8 \u2013 Reforming the National Public Procurement System Target 435);<\/li>\n \t<li>Constantly increasing the professional level of formulating answers to requests for methodological advice and helpdesk requests.<\/li>\n \t<li>Continuing to improve the capacity of the personnel who carry out the ex-ante control through the specific activity of the SIPOCA 625 Project, to support the execution of the ex-ante control, carried out by EIB consultants;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e896830 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e896830\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Public procurement procedures initiated through A.P.\/I.P.\/A.P.S. and completed by awarding a contract in 2022<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f58506 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f58506\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In 2022, the authorities and contracted entities in our country completed a number of 17,905 award procedures through the Electronic Public Procurement System. Of these, 83 were initiated in 2020, 3,522 in 2021, and the most, respectively, 14,300 in 2022.<\/p><p>As in previous years, in 2022 the general trend of using the simplified procedure was maintained, this type of procedure representing approximately 70% of the number of completed procedures. The simplified procedure is followed by the open tender, with a percentage of about 28%. Depending on the type of contract concluded, the statistical data highlighted the fact that most had as their object the supply of goods (54%) and the least, the execution of works (21%). The legislative proposal regarding the organization of the real estate brokerage activity was submitted to the Chamber of Deputies and registered to the Romanian Senate for debate in the first stage of legislation.<\/p><p>The law will regulate the real estate intermediary profession, which can be exercised both by natural persons (real estate agent) and by legal entities (real estate agencies) and will define the specific professional activities of the real estate intermediary and its role in a real estate transaction.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">This stipulates the obligation to conclude a written contract with the client for the exercise of the professional activity and the obligation to carry out an initial professional training course to enter the profession (<strong><strong style=\"color: #1cbbb4\">180 hours, of which the at least 60 hours of practice<\/strong><\/strong>) and the completion of this course. Also, the National Electronic Register of Real Estate Intermediaries (<strong><strong style=\"color: #1cbbb4\">RENII<\/strong><\/strong>) will be established, as a transparent means of record, in which all real estate agents they are required to register in order to practice. Re-certification of real estate agents is also provided at 3-year intervals, for the purpose of continuous professional training, and real estate brokerage activities can only be carried out after
