As a trainee lawyer within the team, Viorica plays an essential role in the elaboration and analysis of legal documents. It actively contributes to the development of legal strategies by providing analysis and recommendations based on detailed research of the applicable legislation and jurisprudence.
During the years of study, Viorica has acquired a solid training in fundamental areas such as criminal law, civil law, and more, deepening the legal regulations specific to each branch. She gained negotiation skills through active involvement in practical cases and simulations of legal procedures, at the same time she learned to analyze the complexity of legal relationships and to apply legal principles to protect the interests of the parties involved, focusing on obtaining the best results.
Viorica pays close attention to detail, being oriented towards efficient and clear solutions, focusing on identifying risks and preventive solutions, thus protecting the rights and interests of clients. Although she has had a particular interest in areas such as criminal and civil law, she is open to applying the knowledge she has gained in any branch of law. He believes that each legal area offers challenges and opportunities for development.
