Since 2010 as an attorney and since 2017 as a co-Founder of this boutique law firm, Andreea takes the challenges and the opportunities of the emerging markets that the digital economy brings in the fields of data protection, cyber law, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, privacy, administrative law and corporate. Continuously connected to legislative news in her fields of interest, she is pro-actively assisting clients within their day – by – day activities, as situations become more and more complex and require interdisciplinary knowledges.
Currently providing legal assistance and advice to a health – care provider in the field of data protection requirements and a 360⁰ analyses of the Romanian legislation in the field of health;
Assisting startups with activity in the fields such as Fintech, IoT, Smart Cities, Environment to comply with the applicable legal provisions, to secure their financing and to onboard their talents;
Providing legal assistance to seller with activity in the tourism industry with respect to the compliance of its processings with the data protection requirements, prior and post aquisition by a German corporation;
Assisting an important air carrier within their relations with the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority and with the Ministry of Transportation for complying with the legal requirements in terms of aviation regulatory, contracts, tax and corporate matters;
Managing the day – by – day activities of clients with activities in the field of finance intermediation, e-commerce, IT&C with respect to their contracts, relation with supervisory authorities, investors, consummer – related situations etc.
Andreea enjoys providing assistance to both, serial entrepreneurs and fresh founders, as her main professional challenge is to provide best legal option for either expectation. Observing the Romanian and global legal market, she is embracing change and accepts technology as part of the team.
