Anaiss, as a trainee lawyer, collaborator of our law firm, makes an important contribution in the litigation field. Under the careful guidance of the supervising lawyer, she carries out the activity of thorough research of cases, relevant jurisprudence and legislative developments.
At the same time, Anaiss capitalizes on her passion for writing by drafting the documents necessary for civil or criminal proceedings and by accepting the challenge of writing relevant legal articles in important fields, such as medical and banking, together with senior team members.
During the years of study, a significant role in professional development was represented by specialized practice. Under the guidance of legal professionals, Anaiss has acquired a critical and analytical spirit, increased attention to the client's interests and building a relationship with him based on mutual trust and understanding, consolidating his academic knowledge in the field of Private Law.
Anaiss is an energetic and creative person, these traits also standing out in the countless volunteer actions in which she has been involved.
Being curious and attentive to details, eager to help those around her, Anaiss enjoys analyzing each legal situation from several perspectives and choosing the optimal option for each client. Although she has kept her passion for the branch of Inheritance Law and Criminal Law since college, she warmly embraces the challenges in the new areas of practice in the field of Civil and Commercial Law litigation.
